Matt Campbell is a Finance & Mortgage Broker and the co-founder of Campbell and Barr Finance. He brings a wealth of experience including many years of experience in Relationship, Business Banking and Small Business Manager roles with some of the largest banks in Australia. In particular he worked at ANZ and the Westpac Group for 4 years prior to becoming a Broker and 10 years in Banking and Finance.
Particularly, Matt specialises in several key areas, including commercial property purchases, business acquisitions, asset finance and home loans to name a few. His expertise makes him a versatile partner in your journey to secure the perfect financing option to fund your business, commercial or residential purchase.

Ian Barr is a qualified Finance & Mortgage Broker with extensive lending knowledge. He is also the co-founder of Campbell and Barr Finance. Ian's thorough understanding of lending, coupled with his customer-first approach, which makes Ian a highly sought-after finance broker.
Prior to moving into broking, Ian spent over 15 years working in the banking and finance industry. In addition to this vast experience, Ian holds a Finance and Commercial Law Degree, and postgraduate qualifications in finance. Ian’s experience, together with his dependable and knowledgeable advice, results in his clients achieving their property goals.
To date, these goals have ranged from PAYG clients looking to purchase their first home, to self-employed clients looking to grow their investment portfolios, to large corporations seeking complex funding. Outside of work, Ian enjoys spending time with his wife, Mia, and their much-loved dog, Charlie. The golf course isn’t ever far from Ian’s mind either.
Laurence Murray is a Finance & Mortgage Broker with joins the team with nine years of banking and finance industry experience. After many years of working in Business Banking with one of the big 4 banks, he has a passion for helping business clients and navigating his way through complex business structures.
Whilst competent in Residential (Home Loans) and Commercial Finance which includes Business loans, he can assist with all types of finance whether it be simple, complex or for the self-employed.
Outside of his professional life, he is a family man and can often be found at Bunnings on the weekends (still looking for that left-handed screwdriver!). Laurence looks forward to assisting you with your finance needs.
Scott McRobie is a qualified Finance & Mortgage Broker with over 15 years experience in Financial Services. He is motivated, passionate and always strives to do best by his clients, priding himself on great customer service and good experience.
Scott enjoys working with a range of different clients and loves helping them achieve both their financial and personal goals. Having vast experience working with both Small to Medium Business and Self Employed Clients, Scott is able to obtain business finance to support clients Commercial needs. Whether this is clients looking to purchase their first home, several investment properties or in need of business finance for growth and cash flow needs.
Scott also holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Administration Degree Majoring in Marketing & Management at Victoria University. Outside of work Scott spends time with his wife Jess and has two young kids. He also enjoys running, cycling and loves the odd game of golf and a good chat.
Aaron joins the team from a long corporate and business leadership career, bringing another important cog to the CBF Team. Now a qualified Finance & Mortgage broker, Aaron Palmer will be looking after Asset Finance, Residential finance along with Commercial finance. So, if you’re looking to borrow money for a car, truck, caravan, machinery through to a new house or interested in refinancing your current loans, then Aaron will be great to work with.
Holding a Business Management degree and owner of a few investment properties himself, Aaron knows the importance a Broker can play in getting a customer the best deal through the lenders.Outside of the office, Aaron is a family man, has lived and worked overseas for many years and in a former life was a handy Rugby Union representative.
Saheba Bhamra loves tackling challenges and helping clients hit their goals while building meaningful connections. Being a mortgage broker means she gets to enjoy a great work-life balance, so Saheba is available seven days a week—whether it’s a quick call or a video chat. Outside of work, you'll find her savouring delicious food, exploring new destinations, and hunting for the perfect shopping finds.

Geordie has joined the brokerage after a 5-year career in retail lending with two of the big four banks in Australia. With a background specialising in managing a diverse portfolio of high-net worth clients, Geordie understands the importance of the implementation of quality service at all times to his clients.
Geordie is well versed in providing holistic financial solutions to his clients and is experienced in a multitude of lending scenarios included but not limited to complex self-employed income, credit impaired applicants, overseas borrowers/ foreign income & construction loans. Prior to joining the financial services industry Geordie completed a Business Degree, he also is a self-confessed footy tragic that loves nothing more than watching his beloved Magpies play.
